Like songs with 'babe' or 'baby' somewhere in the title or the lyrics, I'm always willing to give a song about rain a chance. Here's David Ruffin (great voice, great style, sad drug habit) leading the Temptations through my personal favorite precipitation song, "I Wish it Would Rain."
